How do I recover my Roadmap planner edits if I haven't inserted them?

I was working on a document on my mac and did not insert assuming confluence was saving my work. and I swiped right on the key pad and lost my file. Now I can't find my file  -- any ideas on what I can do?

It's not clear on what you mean by insert here. It sounds like you had already added the Roadmap Planner macro to your page but you didn't save it. Is that correct?

If so, you might be able to find it in your Drafts.
