I think the easiest way to move pages is to go to the Space Tools in the bottom left and click "Content Tools". Under the new page that pops up, choose the "Reorder Pages" tab. Using this you can drag and drop pages to new locations quite easily.
Please note that if you are using an older version of Confluence with the Documentation theme still enabled the instructions for getting to the Reorder Pages screen is a little different. (If I remember right) You should click on "Browse", "Pages", and then click on the "Tree View" link.
