How do I modify the color in confluence bar

I need to change the color of bar in confluence,

Can you help me. And if you know how can I change the bakground, but the not the background page, because I know whit the style or other macro.

you can change the bar color and other elements by going to "Color Scheme" in the General Configuration menu, as described here.
