How do I make a page automatically shrink to accommodate a smaller computer screen?

A user has a page with graphics that shrink in width instead of automatically downsizing to fit a smaller screen width.  Everything is fine on a wider screen.  He doesn't want a horizontal scroll.

Hi Gerri,

I have two monitors that are different sizes and when I drag a Confluence page with images on it from the larger to the smaller screen, the entire browser shrinks proportionally, without distorting the images.

I speculate that the setting we need is in the browser or the operating system. Please let me know what OS and browser your user is seeing the issue in.
