Whenever we need to make a change to our database, we make a Jira ticket and link that ticket to the respective UI/DEV ticket.

Our DB tickets are always marked as a Task and assigned to the same DB guy.

My Ask

Have a confluence page that

  • lists all of the DB tickets when they are marked as closed
  • Display the closed date,
  • display the summary

Have a second section/page that

  • Lists all DB tickets open
  • display their status
  • display the summary

This can be based on 3 potential filters

  1. all jira tickets with type = "Task"
  2. All jira tickets assigned to person X
  3. all jira tickets where Summary ILIKE (%DB%)
