How do I import a space from a previous Confluence server version?

I have a space that I exported and saved from an unknown previous server version as a backup. I now wish to import this space to our current Confluence Cloud instance. Using import, I get an error. Documentation says to use the "Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant" app, but that app does not seem to exist any longer.

How can I import this documentation space? I no longer have access to a server version to attempt to restore and then upgrade that server version. The content is what matters, not users or other aspects.

Please ignore this question- the problem in this case is with the source space I was trying to import. I simply selected the wrong export (html when I meant to select the .xml). Sorry!
