How do I give my teammates access to confluence?

I just bought Jira and am a new user.  I am trying to give my Scrummaster Access to Confluence,  He has access to Jira already.

Ryan,

  I am assuming you are using JIRA and Confluence cloud.  You will need to go to  Settings > User management and then, select Application access.  Adding a user to the default Confluence access group 'confluence-users' will allow that user login to Confluence.
