How do I get to write articles in Atlassian?

Hi Community,

I’m currently Level 4 – Sapling, and I’d like to start publishing articles in the Atlassian Community. From what I understand, users at my level should be eligible to become article authors, but I don’t currently see the option to Write an article. Is there any additional step or approval required to enable article publishing permissions for my account?
