There are a few ways to get there.

From Cloud, you can click the little Pencil icon in the top right of the page you want to edit. The Edit text shows up when you hover over it.

In Server it actually says Edit next to it.

Or you can use the keyboard shortcut. When you're on the page you want to edit, just press e on your keyboard.

Hope this helps.

While in the editor you can click on the little +v up on the top menu for Insert, then you can go down and select View More.

You can also use the shortcut of / for inserting options. So if you put in a / it will bring up a menu of items you can insert, one of which is a status option. It's not a jira status just a label you can add in and color code.

Hope this helps.

This was helpful. I was seeing the article as I could set these automatically per page. Thanks for this. Super helpful.
