How do I get the total count displayed in confluence , what macro can I use , Also I would like to use JQL for every coloum that can be customized

Please clarify the question: do you need to aggregate/calculate/visualize the data coming from the Jira Issues macro?

If this is the case, we can suggest using our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.
