How do I find the Storage Format for the Deck of Cards Macro?

I am unable to find the storage format for the deck of cards macro (+ the individual cards). I am trying to add this onto my confluence page through the API using the storage format xml. I don't have the source editor plug-in, so creating the effect on the UI hasn't been helpful in terms of getting the correct code.

You can check the storage format from a page under More actions (3 dots) -> advanced details -> view storage format.

If you know the page ID, you can use this:

/wiki/plugins/viewstorage/viewpagestorage.action?pageId=idhere
