How do I create the administrator-Account in an newly installed confluence-server?

All I get is the login-Page, when I order the URL 'http://127.0.0.1:8090'

The server is setup before on a linux-system. There was nothing to enter the name of a user or an administrator, to start with on the first trial.

Every hint is welcome.

There is no JIRA-Installation, I only like to try out confluence ...

I've got it. I have uninstalled the whole Application and installed it one more time. Therefore I added an explicit sudo-user in the system. Then started the install-process under this user. After that I got the setup-page by entering http://127.0.0.1.
