How do I create a review for a wiki page?

Hi,

I would like to setup a review process for a wiki page that I edit before it gets published in Confluence. How do you suggest I do this?

I have also done it by have a page in the wiki space that can only be viewed by the team of individuals who do the reviewing.  We have a document to track new documents that need to be reviewed.  Once they are reviewed then they are moved out from underneath the page with the restrictions and everyone is able to see it.  There is nothing to enforce the process this way.
