How do I create a duplicate Space including all the Spaces/Pages linked to it?

We're going Live with an Intranet in Confluence. I need a mirror image what we've created in a Sandbox environment. We'll use the Sandbox version to develop updates. Then we'll want to load these updates into the Live environment. Is this possible?
