How do I copy a Confluence Atlassian Document?

How do I copy the above into my confluence page?

(I dont want to do it one link at a time)

Hello Tushar,

Thank you for contacting us! Our documentation is available as a downloadable format which you can use on your Confluence instance.

You were asking about the Jira 6.3 documentation, which you can find here:

Click to expand > Show me... under Downloadable documentation:

And you'll find there's both a PDF and an XML file which has been exported from Confluence 5.7:

You'll be able to import the XML file into your Confluence instance and have the Jira documentation there. You can also simply add the PDF as an attachment into a page.
