How do I change the default section when adding a section to a page?

Right now when I choose to add a section it is defaulted to the centered section and I constantly change from that to full page width. So my work flow on creating a new page looks like this.

1. create new page
2. go to page layout
3. add new section
   1. a single column section is created (the centered one)
4. change section type to full width ( or some other option)
5. then do actual work. 

I basically want to cut out step 4. So that when I choose to add new sections it's always a full width section.

Is this on Confluence Cloud or Server?
