How do I change the date format to be Australian ddmmyyyy

How do I change the current date format in Confluence to be ddmmyyyy for Australia.

It is mmddyyyy (USA) format which is very wrong for Australia's use and confusing.

Thank you I tried that combination but it didnt work, still as USA format, not ddmmyyyy
