How do I automate creation of status reports?

I have report templates that I would like to be generated each week with change in dates?

To confirm, you would like a new report automatically created each week with new dates added to the page? Is there any automation for the content that should be added to the reports?

correct, in other words, every monday, I want a new summary page created with empty status pages of every departments and you can imagine this can be extended in many ways and levels.

e.g

Engineering Updates - Week 01/30/2019

• Team 1 Updates - Week 01/30/2019

• Team 2 Updates - Week 01/30/2019
• Team 3 Updates - Week 01/30/2019
• Team 4 Updates - Week 01/30/2019
• ..
