I am a Department of Navy user. I am an admin for a project site. I recently created a wiki for an integrated product team. Not all the team members are on DI2E. How do I add the members to the DI2E so they can have access to the wiki. All members are Department of Navy government.
Thank you for the guidance. I advised the team to sign up for a DI2E account from the login page and provided them my site key. Thus far, I have received no issues from any of the team with establishing the DI2E account. I do not know how long they need to wait for their account to become activated but once activated they should be able to reach the wiki site I established.
There's no "activation" or delay (unless your organisation has created one). They should be signing up and be straight in.

You'll need to ask the space administrators to add people to the spaces, or people/site admins to add them to the right groups.

I am listed as a space admin but I do not know how to add people to the site that are not already part of the DI2E community. How does the rest of the team gain access to DI2E? Is access to DI2E something they need to do or something someone else needs to initiate for them?

I cannot tell you what your processes for adding new people are. I'm nothing to do with your organisation, I don't know what you have got set up for user provisioning. Same goes for the rest of us - we have software in common, but most of us don't have any access to or knowledge of your systems.
