How do I add a row to a table without going into edit?

I have a simple table. Want to add/delete rows without going into edit. Are there buttons I can add somewhere?

Having a difficult time finding my way around Confluence doc. Success has its downside...

It would be really cool to be able to have a table on a page where you can easily add / update new rows without going into edit mode.

something like the ability in SharePoint to add data to a list would really be awesome.
