How come we see a user profile in the "Watch a few spaces" selection during the introduction tour?

After we created a new Confluence account and the new user logs in, he/she see's the "Watch a few spaces" selection during the introdution tour.

To our suprise they see a user profile as the second choice.

As a result this user profile, which has no real importance in confluence, has many many followers/watchers.

This is strange to us and we would like to remove this user profile and only show the publicly accessible spaces that are already displayed. How can we do this?

This is based on popularity, and since so many users are watching the personal space because it's being recommended to them, I'm sure that doesn't help with the issue.

I made a feature request for this, if you could please vote on it and provide your feedback:
