I've uploaded a number of files to a shared area on our wiki but I want to be able to link to these files from a number of other pages. I don't want to have to upload a new file on each page and have to keep them all up to date, so how can I just link from multiple other pages back to the uploaded file on the one page where we are keeping our shared files?
you can easily link to attachments on other pages. When you open the dialog "Insert files and images" (CTRL + M on OSX) the third point is "Search on other pages".
