Hi @[deleted]

See these instructions to delete your Atlassian account: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/

I'd read the page carefully before you do :)

Hi, to delete your Atlassian account, you can follow these condensed steps.

1. Backup Data: Save any important data from Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.
2. Login: If you've logged out, please visit (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile) and sign in.
3. Account Settings: Click your profile icon and select Account Settings.
4. Delete Account:  Scroll to find  " Delete your account " or a similar option under Account Preferences.
5. Read Warnings: Pay attention to the consequences of account deletion.
6. Confirm Deletion: You might need to verify your password and possibly confirm via an email link.
7. Finalize: Follow any final instructions to complete the deletion.

Ensure you understand the impact of deletion, especially regarding data loss, before proceeding. Hope this can help you.

Welcome to the community @[deleted]

Are you sure that this actually came from Atlassian? Any sign of incorrect grammar that is being used. This could be a phishing email.

If there are some links, do not click on them.

You can ask for Atlassian to check on this (I have tagged them here) by raising a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
