We would like to setup SSO with our active directory and confluence on demand system. We have deployed ADFS (v3) can we utilist this?
Hi Dermot, unfortunatelly this is not possible to be done with OnDemand platform, external user management is a restricted function in this platform. You may consider moving to a local installation where this restriction doesn't exist.
Cheers
From the list of restricted functions it states for Configuring OAuth authentication - You need the 'JIRA System Administrators' global permission to do that." can we utilise Jira ondemand to do this?

Sorry I think I didn't understand what you meant. We use OAuth authentication to link and share information between our applications, this is different than user authentication. Could you clarify what you're trying to achieve with this functionality?

We want to implement single sign on and identity management so users can either seemlessly access confluence with their internal AD credentials, or if not re-enter those details in a login portal. Additionally we want user access to be removed when we disable/delete a users AD account.

I'm afraid to say that it's not possible to be implemented in Ondemand platform. In this case, I'd suggest to conside moving to a local installation.
