I know our SEN for Jira Software and Jira Service Desk, however how do I reassign the SEN for Confluence so we can complete this upgrade.
I know our Server ID number and date of purchase for the license. I am a Jira Admin and am an authorized billing contact on this account.

I'm not sure I understand your question. I understand that you have a SEN for Jira Software and Jira Service Desk, but that you do not currently have your SEN for Confluence.
Have you purchased Confluence in addition to Jira? You will get a separate SEN for Confluence when you purchase the license. If you don't have that, you can find it at my.atlassian.com.

Thanks Shannon- I've discovered our Confluence was purchased separately and I've been able to obtain our SEN and now have access.
