How can install Product Management in Confluence (Data Center)?

would you please guide me regarding Confluence. I want to install Product Management in Confluence (Data Center). As far as, I searched, all the products are related to the Confluence (Clould).

Hello,
I want to create KPIs in Jira and Confluence for my supervisor. The manager wants to manage and organize the work of employees and get an overview to control and plan according to that.
Would you please suggest me, the useful KPIs for our company?

I should mention that also, our company are using Data Center in Jira and Confluence.

Is there any template that you can offer me for DC?

Not globally, but you can easily cheat - use the ones you like in a free Cloud install to create an empty page with just the template data, then copy and paste the content into your own DC global or space templates.
