Hi All,

I would like to set expiration dates on pages to be reviewed in the future - has this feature been implemented on confluence wiki?

I saw few threads mentioning/requesting this feature but that was back in 2018 - any updates now?

Regards,

Hi @Islam Jaafreh ,

This is still not built into Confluence.

You can set an expiration date for a page, a whole page tree or a blogpost with the Better Content Archiving for Confluence Cloud app. (It is one of the many features that allow managing the lifecycle of your content.)

The page will turn to "expired" status when the date passes. You can even mark it as "already expired" by choosing a past date:

Expired pages can be reported on, searched for, listed by macros and even trigger notifications.

To make the page up-to-date again, your user can edit the page or confirm that it is still valid without any changes.

(Discl. it is a paid and supported app developed by our team.)
