I am currently configuring a service desk and would like to output the values from a change into a log on confluence.
Using the Exocet addon i can get values sent to confluence and the page updates with other details but i require the values of who (and when if possible) they approved the change to be add to the log. (Past Approvals)
For example - when a change is completed we want an audit log to kept of all changes that have been implemented, this needs the change details but also who approved and when. We can obviously log into Service desk and check these details from there but require a log for auditing purposes.
