How can i have confiform? i even can not see apps (manage apps) in Header menu.

In the Header menu of confluence that I created at home, there is "apps" tab. but in the confluence in the company, I can't see it. 

I wanted to have ConfiForm. Is there anyone to help me to find ConfiForm in my confluence? and perhaps "manage apps" in my header menu?

If the plugin is not yet installed then you can find it in the "find apps" menu, searching for ConfiForms

If it is already installed then just start with creating a new page and creating your new form - https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/FORMS/Creating+a+form+in+Confluence
