Frank Lohfeld

Dear Confluence Pros,

i have a a Confluence Template and i have on One side a list of the Participants of a meeting and a checkbox for every Participant to check who is present.
And in this Protokoll it is possible the we wrote ToDo with the same checkbox.
On a Startpage with all Protokolls i will collect all ToDos/Task from the Sites. But not the not present participant.

How can i exclude a Section from my Pages in the "Task Report Macro"

Thanks in Advanced

hello and thank you - but i think this isn't the solution.

in my opinion, with columns i can only determin what parameters are displayed. But i have this page

screenshot_1031.png

what i need is, the "Todos" in the red frame shouldn't displayed in the Task Report Macro. But Todos on every other position should be displayed.
In the red frame that is only a Participant list.
Or have you an other possibility to realize a very easy Participant list where i can check who is present
