How can i display my image in my velocity template ?

I created a macro wich get data from an externel application and display the content in a velocity template , my problem is the data contains an image ( all the other data are displayed correctly )  so i create new image file and try to display this image in my template but the problem is the image is created in the target folder so how can i access this image from the target folder or is there another method to create this image the resources/images folder ?

As I understand, you need to display an image within a User Macro. There are some older threads about this exact need here in our Community:
