How can associate the same image to different layers in gliffy?

How can associate the same image to different layers in gliffy? I have an used case where some images/shapes in my diagram are associated to more than 1 layer.How can I do that ?

Hi Joymalya!

I think the easiest way to do this would be to duplicate the shape onto each layer where you'd like it to appear. That way, as your users view different layers, it'll look like the shape stays in place, when really it's swapping out.

I don't think there's a literal way to assign one shape to multiple layers.
