How can a user without an account subscribe to a public page so they get notifications?

Our help files are available to anyone who needs help with our software (well, anyone with the URL!), but some of those folks will find it helpful to get notified when there are updates to favorite pages, or even favorite spaces.  Can these public users subscribe to pages/spaces?  If not, what needs to happen in order for them to be able to subscribe?

Hi @Cali Lang,

these users must be able to login to Confluence, they have to be a registered user with a license.
