How can I use the "Find action Items" command without atlassian AI?

When attempting to use the slash command options, to use the "Find Action Items", when selecting it, I only receive a prompt to upgrade to Atlassian AI and no other options.

Is this feature now exclusively part of the AI Suite?

Steps:

1. Create/Edit an existing Page
2. Type / and then action
3. Choose Find Action Items
4. Observe Results

My only options are learn more and try it free. I had used this feature previously without any AI services.

Looks like I am mixing up the insert elements. I was looking for the Task Report option, not "Find Action Items".
