I am very new to Atlassian. I recently started a free trial of Confluence and Jira Service Desk. I would like my user base to be able to see KB articles when they start typing in their details about the support they would like to receive from Jira Service Desk. I have already created a KB article, but can't see it from Jira Service Desk. Can someone provide some insight into how to accomplish this?

So, could you clarify what exactly happens when you try to use your Confluence as a Knowledge Base? Is there any kind of error thrown?
