How can I restore Confluence Cloud backup?

I have a copy of Confluence Cloud site as a backup but I don't see any option to upload my zip file and restore Confluence.

Hello,

That is correct. You can install this backup to a Confluence Server, not Cloud. To Cloud you can restore only space by space.
