My Confluence Cloud site was deactivated after the trial ended before I added billing details. I need to reactivate the existing site and restore all data.
The site shows “Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended / Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn’t been renewed.” Butg In admin billing, I do not see an inactive subscription to reactivate.

If the site was reactivated within the data retention period (normally 60 days for paid plans), data should be restored automatically. Usually data restores immediately after reactivation.
Such requests require more details from you, so I created a ticket on your behalf with the proper team. You should receive an email notification about the ticket creation and next updates.
