I want to present all the child pages of a specific page in a card format card. The same way

is shown in the default "All Content" page of every Confluence site.

As far as I know, this is not possible without any addons. This card format is specific to the "All content" page, and the "Children Display" macro doesn't support this layout.

What you could do though is kind of manually recreating this layout using the layouts feature in Confluence, as described here. But keep in mind that the child page display will not be updated automatically if you use this approach.
