How can I open a internet hyperlink in a new or popup Window?

The title pretty much says it all. I have several hyperlinks on my home page (space) and would like to open these in a new window. HTML is target="_new" or target="_blank" but I don't know how to get this to work.

Hi Bruce,

You can do this by adding some custom HTML in the Confluence admin section.
