How can I move my macro from the 'hidden' category?

End users cannot see the "Add Label" macro in their site.

As an application admin, I see that this macro is listed under the 'hidden' category.  How can I move this from the 'hidden' category so that others can use it?

Those macros are hidden because they're not supposed to be used (directly) by users.

To move them out of hidden, you would need to find the properties that classify them that way in the code, change it, recompile the Apps that provide them, and then explain how to use them independently to your users.
