Hi There!
In my company we want to use confluence to write guides, and document findings for future reference. Only 10 people out of 200 in the company will need to be able to add+edit the pages, but all 200 will need to be able to view them.
Is there a way I can invite people in my company to simply view these pages, without them becoming paid users, and without making the page viewable to the general public?
Thanks for any advice you can give! And if I need to provide more info, please let me know.
Hi @Barnee Lloyd,
I'm afraid, no. Every registered user needs a license.
If you will not make your pages viewable to anonymous users, you have to buy a license for them and give them viewing permissions.
Okay, thanks for the info!
