How can I give the 'Backup and Restore' access to the users without making them admin

My team members want to import a few spaces from another instance to a new confluence. For this, they need 'Back up and Restore' access. How can I provide them access without making them admin

Hello @Ruchi ~ System Administrator or Confluence Administrator permissions are required for Backup and Restore access.
