Hello @Daria Karpiesiuk

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You can grant access to your Confluence site to whomever you want, within the bounds of whatever security measures the Organization Admins have put in place for the site. Each user to whom access is granted will need a license and will count against your 10 user limit for the free plan.

If you don't want to grant access to the site, but only want to share individual pages instead, you should look at third party apps that enable sharing the information separate from granting access to the site.

This search from the Atlassian Marketplace lists a few apps that may help you with that.
