Hello,

I had several dashboards created with Jira Work Management (without Concluence), unintentionally I have given to activate Confluence and since then I can not create Subtasks, nor create automations that create them.

In the created tasks that already had subtasks I can add them, but I can't add subtasks in the new incidents.

I have 5 boards where we work every day, please, I need to resolve this issue.

Best regards

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

The fact that you have activated Confluence shouldn't be related to the fact that you can no longer create subtasks. Is your project team-managed or company-managed? Check that the issue type "subtask" is still available in your issue type scheme/configuration or that it's not restricted by any permission changes.
