I am trying to edit my homepage and add details of a new member of the team. I have previously used the 'Profile Pic' macro but when I do so now, no users are found. I have tried to edit the Profile Pics already on the homepage but they say the same thing, even when I search for users that are already present.
Can you let me know what I am doing wrong please?

Are you a guest on that instance or using it while it's public? If yes, then you have to see if the confluence administrator has granted the view profile global permission. If not, that's why most likely this is happening.
