How can I generate a Table of Contents that automatically updates with new sub-sections created?

I generated a page called "Meetings Notes" and placed a Table of Contents marco on the page and proceeded to create a sub-section for a specified meeting we just had. I'd like to have the Table of Contents automatically update with each subsection created for each meeting without having to manually link the page to the original "Meetings Notes". Any ideas? I'm also looking to have my 'File List' page work in a similar format for when any new documents are uploaded so maybe this solution will help me with that one as well. Thank you.

Hi Nicolas,

it looks to me if you could have a look at the Reporting Macro

I feel that it could fit your requirements.
