William Franco August 15, 2018

Labels for the Roadmap macro, once published,  show miss placed making the graph not useful.

William - This is usually caused by two things.

  1. The browser you are using is not supported.  Make sure you are using one of the following browsers - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/supported-browsers-744721663.html
  2. Your browser cache needs to be cleared.  Sometimes after updates the JavaScript changes and your browser caches the older version causing issues.

Thanks
Brant

Thanks Brant. The chart shows fine in the Confluence app for IOS but it is corrupted in both Chrome and Edge. Restarting the browsers or even the PC didn't make a difference.

Another oddity is that there is a big gap (space) between the page title and the chart. This space is not present when I edit the page but it is after publishing.

William can you inspect the page in chrome and see if there is some odd HTML that somehow got inserted into the page?  Also can you clear the browser cache not just restart them.

Brant, when I got home I tried my home MAC with Safari and had same result, so, obviously a code issue but it was faster to remove the macro and add it back again, too much code to go through otherwise.

It shows perfectly fine now.

Thanks.
