How can I fix Confluence layout appearance?

I installed Confluence server on my own server, however the css layout seems not working.

Could anyone tell me how to fix it?

• To determine if this is a browser issue, do you see the same issue in other browsers?
• To determine if this is a network/proxy issue, do you see the styles when you access the page directly on the server using localhost?
