I've encountered a bug where the Confluence Recap email does not respect its "Subscribe to" checkbox on my profile. I found the known issues Jira board (here), but as a public user I don't have create permissions there. Where can go to report this bug?

Looks like you are using Cloud Standard plan so you should be able to create a support ticket here https://support.atlassian.com and Atlassian Support would verify this on their end. If this would be a confirmed but they would create a dedicated ticket to track it (on JAC probably)

Yes, and...to the suggestions from @Mirek -- Your Product Admin (or higher role) will need to submit the ticket to Atlassian Support. If you are not that admin role, please ask them to do so on your behalf.

@Jeff Turley One additional note the known issues board no longer is setup for any users to submit bugs on cloud. All bugs and enhancements have to be submitted through support.
