I need the content status of the page in my space export (pdf or html).
Is there a (free) option to have this information visible? Can I maybe make this page's metadata visible on the page?
Alternative 1: somehow I could not find anything to search for / filter for pages with a specific status. This seems almost compulsive to me, am I missing something?
Alternative 2: I could also work with version comments, but same problems apply there with the export
I'm looking for free (included) option and no additional subscription costs.
Kindly asking for support. Thank you!
With the Better Content Archiving, you can export any content list to CSV.
You can filter and sort the list, and also configure which columns to export (includes the "content status" column).
The app is free for small teams (up to 10 users, to be specific).
(Discl. this paid and supported app is developed by our team.)
I'm Elena, Product Manager for Comala Document Management (CDM) on Confluence Cloud. I saw your interest and I'd love to learn more about your use case, and see if CDM could be a good fit to help you with your needs.
If you’d like, we can set up a short call where I can show you how CDM works and how it might support your processes. You can book a time that works best for you using my Calendly link.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best regards,
Elena

Struggling with Terraform scripts to automate our new AWS environment. Nothing worse than a partial deployment that leaves your infra in a weird, broken state. I’m trying to focus more on immutable infrastructure to avoid this mess later. I was browsing roulette77australia.com earlier and honestly, the way they’ve structured their environment deployment is proper clean. Wish our documentation was half that readable.

Hi @Wolfgang Fleck ,
Our app Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud can do this. However this app is only free for up to 10 users (and a free 30 day trial).
So you can use it for free if your Confluence instance has less than 10 users.

Hi @Wolfgang Fleck welcome to the community. I'm not aware of any third party solutions for this, but I would recommend voting for and watching CONFCLOUD-77243 to add this functionality to the base product.
I think the Status functionality is valuable to have in your Confluence space, especially if you are using it as a Knowledge Base. Having the information on the export would certainly be useful. I voted for that one as well.
Hope that helps.
